I feel like I have the bottom part pretty well figured out and the tracking works great and it's a good heater, but the photovoltaic part is going to take the rest of the winter to get going.
My preliminary pricing will be something like this:
tracker- $400 (can control 100's of panels)
Reflective Panels $2.00 apiece
Swiveling Hangers with mounting hardware and springs $15 apiece (you need 2 for panel) Cable $30 (2 for each side)
It probably makes sense for you to locate your own buckets and floats and hose connections and you will need to build the wood/metal structure.
I'd be willing to sell you a kit if you wanted at these prices, but I don't have the photovoltaic part figured out yet.
It makes a great heater though!
